Today we are celebrating our first birthday! 🎉🎉🎉

And yup, as silly as it sounds, our project started out as a last-minute PowerPoint presentation. Régis had the idea for Bli Bli for years, but the opportunity never quite presented itself. Until he was approached by Jaira from Impact HUB Geneva who encouraged him to pitch his idea for the first time ever for the Circular Economy Transition Incubator. And, one year later, the spontaneous decision to give it a try has changed our lives! And we sincerely hope that it will not only impact our lives, but also the way others consume! 🤩

As the saying goes, “It is a risk to love. What if it doesn’t happen? Ah, but what if it does.”. What if Régis kept the idea to himself, thinking that it wasn’t worth a try? What if we decided to abandon the project along the way? There are so many “what if’s” every time we make a decision, but sometimes putting yourself out there can lead to the most impactful consequences. ✨

We’re all makers of the future we want to see. Bli Bli’s goal is to bring circularity to the fashion sector and make second hand clothing more accessible, and the vision of this future has been our dream for years. And now we’re actively working on this goal, we know that we’ll have an impact! 🙌

So, if you’re still hesitating on whether or not that idea at the back of your head is worth a shot, give it a go and see what happens! It’s a risk and maybe it won’t work. Ah, but what if it does.

Thank you so much for following our journey so far and encouraging us along the way! 2023 has so many exciting things in stock and this is just the beginning… 😉
